I happened to watch a Freshi Nite Choreo sequence just now. On the huge SAC stage, there were a lot of freshie guys and freshie girls dancing to some nice hindi party numbers.
I watched the 3-odd minute video a couple of times. I have the following opinion: In your troupe, you should NOT have a dancer who is disproportionately hot as compared to the rest of your group. What happens then is that the other guys on the stage definitely become inconsequential and the other girls are also easy to ignore.
After watching it a few more times, I realised I would have enjoyed the video as much if not more if the guys were kicked out and the other girls were also .. well.. kicked-out. All I remember is the one girl grooving to the music :D
On the other hand, if that disproportionately hot dancer is a great dancer, the chances of your team winning multiply since the others are anyway not being watched so closely! This is probably analogous to the fact that if two naked women rob a bank, they will never get caught since no one would actually remember how their faces look.
That said, tonight is the inter-hostel Choreo Nite, so let me test if this theory I have come up with is true or not. [God, I wish Sharav has a hot girl... No, the hot girl in their team]

GREAT LEADERS ARE BORN AND MADE
"They possess the core virtues within them and then they invent their skills. A leader needs vision and passion, high level of integrity; must possess the ability to inspire and innovate, courage and the will to take risks. A great leader allows others to assume leadership when the situation calls for the same and inevitably have the holistic picture in mind. Great leaders work for the common good, work with their team as a team member carrying people along and always focus on overcoming problems. One of the main characteristics that defines a great leader is the ability to stand by values and never compromise on them."

Pursuit of Happyness
The definition of happiness is skewed. There definitely is not an universal definition.
No matter how much you want the people around you to be happy, it ultimately never happens. And there never is equity. It is a cruel world and you are expected to deliver every time, every single time. Failure to do so is unpardonable.
End of the day, it is every man for himself - You are on your own: You want to be happy, you better find your own ways.
And ya, happiness doesn't come cheap. It is freaking expensive. But you are expected to provide it cheap, damn cheap. Failure to do so will result in chaos. And who wants a chaotic life.
Those 10 laws of Economics, by a gentleman named Mankiw won't apply to life. Nope. They won't, inspite of his proclamation that it is equally applicable for an individual, society, state and a country.
PS: The above is not universally true; it is .. whatever, fuck it.
